The Monster Wars Trilogy (also known as The Monster Wars Saga or just Monster Wars or Monster War) was a series of three episodes of Godzilla: The Series serving as direct follow-ups to each other. The trilogy revolves around the extraterrestrials known as the Tachyons (which first appeared in the episode Leviathan) who are trying to take over the world, and in order to do this they use alien technology to control the world's mutations, and H.E.A.T. and Godzilla Junior are the only one's who can stop them.

Concept art and promotional artEdit
- One of the Reptilians was originally supposed to appear in the trilogy once again under the control of the Tachyons who, supposedly, were going to send it to attack Las Vegas and after it was freed from their control, it was supposed to fight Cyber-Godzilla and be killed. It was scrapped from the final version of the trilogy for unknown reasons.
- Although the Giant Mutant Widow Spider appears in the trilogy's promo art, it did not actually appear in the trilogy.
- The Huge Rat had the least amount of screen time of any of the monsters that appeared in the trilogy. After appearing on Monster Island for a few minutes, the rat disappears from the story and is not mentioned once after, leaving its fate unknown.
